Communicating with your Companion
Mary File offers you the opportunity to communicate with your companion, to learn what they are thinking and/or feeling.

Sometimes it is just questions and answers between them, but other times there may be difficulties that need some assistance to obtain resolution.
Often we may work out a plan to help shift some behaviors. With behavioral issues; however, it is not simply saying your person wants you to stop, but more the understanding behind the challenge, and then finding a solution.
It has been very interesting to watch this evolve. Most animals are very grateful for the opportunity to have their humans hear what the animal has to say. Likewise, animals are usually quite pleased to understand what is going on with their humans.
This deep connection that many humans experience with their companions goes beyond the physical and emotional, opening up to a spiritual connection.
Often as this evolves with the animal being, the individuals will experience a deepening of their own spirituality. Our beloved pets are wonderful teachers, and very generously offer their wisdom.
About a Session
Sessions are conducted by phone as it is not necessary to be physically present. When possible, I appreciate a photo (typically texted or emailed) although it is not necessary. Often individuals will email their questions or concerns in advance, but again that is not required.

"Mary and I crossed paths over twenty years ago, when I was going for treatment for my back. I always knew she had a kind soul from the beginning. Over the years Mary has been a huge help to me, for both myself and my dogs. We had had many conversations about my animals, and then one day Mary’s husband Peter mentioned that Mary was able to communicate with them. At that time, I had two Labrador Retrievers, Bella and Baylee that came from the same litter. From the beginning, Bella and I had such a bonded relationship. She would be right by myside always so in tune with me. Mary started communicating soon after I found out she had this wonderful talent.
At times, Mary would just reach out to me to ask how things are going. Oddly enough, at that time I was dealing with some personal issues. Throughout Bella’s life Mary always there for the both of us. If there was an issue with Bella, I would reach out to Mary. Mary would check in with Bella and then we would discuss what was going on. We would then be able to address the issue.
Through the years of Bella’s life Mary was our constant. Always there when needed and then some.
Upon the loss of Bella, Mary was able to communicate with her giving me an update on how’s she’s doing, giving me a sense of comfort. "
